Fire, water, earth, air and sky
These are the five elements of life. All these are part of a human right from birth to death
Born in the water, breathing the air from the moment of birth to death, prowling the earth for the daily food, looking up the sky for the universal god (sun) to rise and produce the day’s energy and burnt to ashes by the final fire that engulfs my physic I traverse through the five elements every second of the life.
Now the modernization and civilization of humans have brought the sixth element in to the picture. The animal with sixth sense is the root cause for bringing this sixth element into the picture unfortunately overruling the role of other elements.
The sixth element is MONEY.
For a child to be born, the mother has to be hospitalized. The hospital gives a heavy bill that makes the couple to pay, in the moment in which they have to be delighted. The cost of bearing the bill rests on the couple. Here starts the first association of the sixth element wit the child.
Education is a methodology developed by humanity to enrich the growing child with details that he/she will take forward for the rest of the life. Being a literate I welcome and delighted to be born in this civilized society. But the cost of the education attaches the sixth element again throughout the growth of the child. The gates of higher education is easy for richer children rather the poor counterpart.
Humans survive by reproducing. While other animal have sex with their opposite sex to produce offspring, the six sensed animal has devised a system of marriage for the same. For a man to get married, he needs to get a good job and earn daily money, the sixth element. Then is when, he is supposedly the best suited male for the female.
In Indian culture, women are traded (note my word - traded) with the sixth element attached as dowry. The women with highest dowry is the given the preference.
The sixth element plays its crude part.
Nature has given many healing herbs that helps humans to survive . The man obtains it , produce as tablets and bargains the sixth element for any medical remedies.
Men with sixth element get the preference for survival.
No food in nature is free. There is nothing called free lunch. But food today is traded again using the sixth element. For buying a land to produce the food, a farmer has to take load (the sixth element). For me to by my daily food, I need the sixth element.
The days of bottled water and oxygen parlor has already come.
Whether an ant or a dinosaur, an animal builds it home form the resources and places near by. An animal needs shelter from weather, calamities and that’s the home for it.
Building a home is the dream of every human and a necessary one. The rising population has put pressure on available resource and competition. The competition see staggering rise in price of resources and ultimately many humans have to work their entire life for building a single home.
Finally the following questions/thought could be put up - There is natural way of child birth, world is the university and why to study? , Why to marry and produce off springs?
, Eat the grass and the fruits in the tree, drink the water of the rivers (if there is one still in you town), live in a cave.
If I do so, then I am called a tribal.
I a way I envy the tribal who are free from the 6th element.
Every second and every moment of the human life, in so called "civilized society" is determined by the sixth element.
After the last breadth too, this element doesn’t stop playing the role. The cremation / burial have to be paid.

Even the tribes are influenced by this sixth element, however it's invisible. They call it barter........
ReplyDeletethe real trial doesn't follow it .. but once a person starts using barter system , then he is navigating towards the civilized society :) he is no more a tribal , he is proceeding towards civilization
ReplyDeleteHey including money as the sixth element is a very novel thinking. Atleast I have never thought about it even if I have been surviving on it :-)
